Data deletion

Last updated: 3 September 2026

At CreatuAgente (creatuagente.io), operated by CONSULTIA LLC, we respect your right to erase your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other applicable regulations. On this page we explain what data we delete, how to request it and within what time frames.

1. If you have a CreatuAgente account

The fastest and most direct way to delete your data is from your own account:

  1. Log in at app.creatuagente.io.
  2. Go to your account settings.
  3. Select Delete account and confirm the operation.

When you confirm, we immediately deactivate all your deployed agents (they stop receiving and processing messages), cancel your subscription, close your sessions and delete your phone number and its verification. From that moment a 30-day grace period begins, after which your data is deleted permanently and irreversibly (see section 4).

2. If you can't access your account or aren't a customer

If you can't log in, or you interacted with a CreatuAgente agent as an end user (for example, you messaged a chatbot on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger or a web widget) and want us to delete your data, write to us at info@creatuagente.io from the associated email address, or providing enough details to locate your information (for example, the phone number, the username or the account you wrote from). We will verify your identity and handle the request within the legally established time frame, no later than one month.

3. Data deletion via Meta (Instagram / Facebook)

If you connected an Instagram or Facebook account to a CreatuAgente agent, you can revoke access at any time from your CreatuAgente account settings or from the app settings of your Meta profile. When you revoke access, we delete the stored access token and deactivate the associated channel. If you disconnect the channel from the dashboard, the conversation history is kept in your account until you delete it or request deletion.

In addition, as required by Meta, we automatically process the data deletion requests that Meta sends us when a user withdraws their authorization. These requests erase the conversations, messages and derived data linked to that integration. When we process them we return to Meta a confirmation code and a URL where the status of the request can be checked.

The Meta applications through which this integration works are published by IA CONSULTING (30 N Gould St, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801-6317, United States) on behalf of CreatuAgente; CONSULTIA LLC is the entity that processes and deletes the data.

4. What data we delete

Permanent deletion includes, as applicable to your case:

  • Your account data (name, email address, encrypted password, phone number and its verification).
  • Your agents, their configurations, knowledge bases and uploaded files.
  • The conversations and messages generated by your deployed agents, together with their derived data (embeddings).
  • The access tokens for third-party integrations (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Gmail, etc.), stored encrypted.
  • Any associated files hosted in our storage.
  • The product analytics data linked to your account in PostHog, including session recordings (which are automatically deleted after 30 days in any case).

* We may retain certain information for the time strictly necessary to comply with legal obligations (for example, billing records required by tax regulations) or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. Payment data is handled by Stripe; we do not store card data.

5. Time frames

  • Immediate deactivation: when you request account deletion, your agents are deactivated and stop processing data instantly.
  • Permanent deletion: within a maximum of 30 days from the request, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
  • Requests by email: we handle them within the legally established time frame, no later than one month.

6. Contact
